Whether you are brand new to fitness or just interested in learning a new sport, we have a class for you. We offer Boxing, Circuit Training, Strength Training, and so much more! We believe working out should be fun and accessible and offer classes for every level of experience, including first timers. Our coaches will always provide modifications and encourage you to go at your own pace.

FIRST TIMER FRIENDLY CLASSES

All- Levels Boxing

All-Levels Boxing is open to all levels of experience, including first timers! We focus on the fundamentals of Boxing; stance, footwork, punches and defense. We also incorporate light cardio, strength and conditioning to build stamina.

 

Wraps + Gloves required! (Wraps available for purchase $15, gloves can be provided for free)

LGBTQ+ Strength & Fitness

We offer free and donation-based LGBTQ+ Strength and Fitness classes suitable for all levels of experience. All you need to bring is your workout gear and comfortable shoes and get ready to get a great workout from our Strength Coach DJ.

What to Bring?

We recommend wearing sneakers or comfortable shoes and workout attire, otherwise come as your are!

Any equipment for First Timer Friendly classes will be provided or available for purchase!

 

You can bring a water bottle to refill at our cold water station and we also have bottled water available for purchase.

How to Wrap Your Hands

FIRST TIMER CODE OF CONDUCT

We are a completely gender-neutral facility, and in order to create a fun and gender-affirming environment for everyone, please make sure to respect people's pronouns (If you are unsure, just ask!).

Please help maintain the space so everyone can enjoy it! This means cleaning up after yourself, putting equipment away after using it, and being aware and respectful of those around you!
