FIRST TIMER'S GUIDE
ALL LEVELS BOXING & KICKBOXING
Our All-Levels Boxing & Kickboxing classes are open to every level of experience, including first timers! We focus on the fundamentals: stance, footwork, punches and defense. We also incorporate light cardio, strength and conditioning to build stamina. We recommend coming early so on of our instructors can wrap your hands.
Wraps + Gloves required! (Wraps available for purchase $15, gloves can be provided for free)
FLEX SERIES: WEIGHTLIFTING
Learn how to properly lift weights and build strength with our flex series classes. We keep the class sizes small so you have more one on one attention with our instructor. These classes will teach you the fundamentals of strength training using barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebell weights. LIft at your own pace while having an expert show you the ropes. Whether it's your first time or you want eyes on your form, this is a great intro to lifting class!
We offer free and donation-based LGBTQ+ Strength and Fitness classes every Wednesday at 5:30 PM suitable for all levels of experience. All you need to bring is your workout gear and comfortable shoes and get ready to get a great workout from our Strength Coach DJ.

We recommend wearing sneakers or comfortable shoes and workout attire, otherwise come as your are!
Any equipment for First Timer Friendly classes will be provided or available for purchase!
You can bring a water bottle to refill at our cold water station and we also have bottled water available for purchase.
